Extreem toffe en goede lesgevers die van elke les een feestje maken. Alles wordt heel goed uitgelegd en er wordt steeds enorm veel gelachen tijdens de les.

Ik had het gevoel geen vooruitgang meer te boeken met Bachata maar toen ik van dansschool veranderd ben en naar hen ben overgestapt is daar al heel snel verandering in gekomen.

Het is altijd een plezier om naar de dansles te gaan, zelfs na een lange en vermoeiende werkdag!

Wij lieten onze openingsdans maken door Bachata con Emoción en we zijn er super tevreden van!
Ik volg hier al enkele jaren bachata les dus ik wist dat de choreografieën altijd leuk zijn en de atmosfeer top dus ik was er wel van overtuigd dat het zou meevallen, maar het was nog beter dan ik me had kunnen voorstellen.
Oscar maakte speciaal een choreografie die helemaal afgestemd was op ons, ons liedje en mijn lang kleed. De choreografie was ook helemaal aangepast aan ons niveau, het was uitdagend genoeg met een paar speciallekes (oa een lift op het einde die een prachtige foto opleverde), maar toch ook niet te moeilijk.
Oscar is een super goede lesgever, het aanleren ging heel vlot en verliep in een heel ongedwongen sfeer. In 3 lessen van een uur konden we het liedje van 3 minuten helemaal instuderen, en daarna op de trouw (quasi 😉 ) zonder fouten uitvoeren.

I've been at Bachata Con Emoción for a few months, and so far, this school has exceeded my expectations. The instructors are not only kind and caring, but they also focus on providing quality teaching without rushing. In my opinion, this school strikes a very good balance between making technical progress and having fun on the dance floor. For those who are looking for a bit more spin and sweat, the special courses offer opportunities for advanced learning. Personally, I've been following the standard courses for both bachata and salsa. I also had the chance to dive into a special series of classes focused on extra salsa styles/variations. And let me tell you, I've been enjoying every step of it, especially after a long day of work in my lab — talk about a mood booster!

You'll find dancers of all ages, from beginners to the more advanced crowd. During classes, people are free to switch partners (which is usually what happens), or they can stick to their own dance partner if they prefer. It's also handy that the school offers an easy system for entry levels. At the time of writing, there's the possibility to join a course from the beginning or halfway through, or even choose single classes if one prefers.

I've had the pleasure of learning from some truly amazing instructors so far. Oscar brings such a lively Latino vibe that I adore, Öncü impresses me with her stylish attitude, and Pieter's kind explanations resonate with me very much. They've all greatly enhanced my experience. It's really nice to learn from them!

As I move up to the improvers level, I can't wait to continue this dance journey. Now, I feel more confident, and I'm genuinely excited to put myself out there on the dance floor during social dancing nights out. I wholeheartedly recommend this school to anyone seeking a fantastic dance experience that perfectly blends technical prowess with lively fun. Domenico.

A well deserved five star for Bachata Con Emocion! The teachers are a burst of energy and warmth, making every class a total blast! They care about each individual, giving instructions based on the levels. And the fun and laughter never stop in there! For English speakers, don't worry they take care of that in the classes and workshops ;).

Although being mostly known for teaching great bachata lessons in Leuven, I recently started the Cuban salsa class with Oscar and Veerle @Bachata con Emoción.
It has been a great experience so far!

Not only does this lovely couple take the time to teach you the correct steps and techniques, they also bring so much fun and positive vibes to their classes, so that you will easily feel at ease.
So it doesn't matter if you are just starting or whether you have already been taking classes, there is still a lot to learn here.
I would definitely recommend them!

Very decent place to learn bachata if you're from Leuven or around. You enter the same building as Basic Fit, go up the stairs and walk through a bar to get to the actual location. The teachers "La Rubia y El Moreno" are very passionate about their dance and will explain every movement with lots of joy (and humor).

The price is 80 euro for a series of 10 classes (ranging from beginners level to advanced). To me, the atmosphere during the classes just feels right and therefor I cannot give this school less than 5⭐
